A 30-minute call before billing starts protects both sides. We confirm tier fit so you join the right cadence of coach support — software-only on Growth, dedicated coach on Pro, or three-coach team on Enterprise — and match each accepted coach to the right playbook on day one.
Annual billing saves 17% on Growth and Pro versus paying month-to-month. Growth comes out to $2,978 paid up front for the year ($248 effective per month). Pro comes out to $9,950 paid up front ($829 effective per month). Enterprise annual is a custom quote sized to the engagement.
On Growth, clients beyond 55 are billed at $9 per active client per month. On Pro, clients beyond 100 are billed at $13 per active client per month. Enterprise is sized at up to 400 clients with a custom rate beyond that. Overages are billed monthly in arrears, not pre-paid. Most operators upgrade tiers before hitting heavy overage; we will flag the tradeoff on a check-in.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so the coaching cohort has a clean exit point. There is no penalty for switching.
No free trial. The 30-minute fit call before billing is the trial — if it is not the right tier or the wrong moment, we say so on the call. After onboarding, we run on a month-to-month or annual contract; cancel any time and you keep access through the period you have paid for.
On Growth, most operators see hours-back-per-week within the first 30 days from the command center and sub-coach assignment alone. Revenue-side ROI on Pro typically lands in months two to four after the first sales process audit and offer review with the dedicated coach. Enterprise outcomes take longer because the work is structural — three-coach engagements measure in quarters.
Both, with a bias toward online and hybrid coaching businesses where the platform is the customer experience. Brick-and-mortar gyms running primarily in-person sessions get less out of the client mobile app surface. Hybrid operators — who mix in-person delivery with remote programs and check-ins — are the cleanest fit.
