Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-08
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TGP Platform (the Service), operated by Bradley Gleave (Founder, sole operator). The Service is in active development and pre-launch. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share accounts or transfer your account to another person without our prior consent.
Each account is associated with a role — Organisation Owner, Coach, or Client — which determines what features and data you can access. Role assignments are managed by the organisation owner.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Enter data about individuals without their knowledge or consent, where consent is required by applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the Service.
- Use automated tools to access the Service at volumes that are disproportionate to normal human use, without prior written permission.
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the platform or its other users.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a specific written agreement permitting that use.
4. Payment and refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan selected at signup. Full pricing details are available on the pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on each billing cycle until you cancel.
Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of the initial charge for a new subscription. We do not offer refunds for subsequent billing cycles or for partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly and we will investigate.
Coach-managed billing (payments from clients to coaches via Stripe Connect) is governed separately by the terms between the coach and client. TGP is not a party to those transactions and takes no responsibility for disputes between coaches and their clients.
5. Service availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. We do not currently offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) with uptime guarantees. The platform is pre-launch and under active development; downtime for maintenance, updates, or incident response may occur with limited or no advance notice.
We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Account closure takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform, or if we are required to do so by law. We will endeavour to provide advance notice except where the circumstances prevent it. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of Bradley Gleave. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.
Data you enter into the Service — client records, session notes, content — remains yours. We do not claim ownership over it. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data in order to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that data will never be lost, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The specific state jurisdiction is to be determined prior to commercial launch and will be updated here when confirmed. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved by direct contact with the founder.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
