The vetting process

    Apply

    Five fields. Email, name, primary specialty, certification, years coaching. No portfolio, no cover letter, no resume upload.

  2. Step 02

    Credentials check

    We verify your certification with the issuing body. NCCA-accredited certs only — NSCA, NASM, ACSM, and equivalents.

  3. Step 03

    Interview

    A 30-minute call with our team. Programming style, client communication, scope you want to take on. We are looking for a fit, not a sales pitch.
